The purpose of the FBCV voucher is to request a check in advance of a necessary or budgeted expenditure to carry out approved ministry activities. Ministry
leaders can now download the voucher as a spreadsheet by clicking on the button below, complete it using Microsoft Excel software, and then email
the voucher as an attachment to the Trustee Office
For those who do not use email and need a paper copy of the voucher, you can download the voucher in a "print document format", complete it, and then
place it in the Trustee mailbox in the church office for processing. To open "pdf" documents requires Adobe Reader on your computer. You can download

Checks are cut on Tuesdays following the first and third Sundays of the month. Vouchers should be submitted no later than Sunday mornings. |
